Amygdalin is the natural concentrated source of Vitamin B17, which is found inside fruit pits such as apple pips and apricot kernels. It consists of 4 molecules: one of Benzaldehyde, one of Hydrocyanide and two of glucose, which together form hydrogen cyanide. The glucose molecules counteract the toxicity of the Benzaldehyde and Hydrocyanide molecules.
