Argan oil

Argan oil is found in the kernels of argan trees which are native to Morocco. Argan oil is used in Morocco to drizzle on pasta or cous cous, used as a dip for bread and also used for its cosmetic benefits.

Argan oil contains high levels of Vitamin E which helps to boost the immune system. The fatty acids found in argan oil can help to increase ‘good’ cholesterol levels and lower the ‘bad’ cholesterol levels in the body, working to minimise the risk of heart disease.
