Keep your telomeres healthy with TA65®, the plant-based, all-natural compound that has been clinically proven to extend and maintain telomeres.
Telomeres, the protective DNA sequences at the end of a chromosome, naturally diminish as we age. This shortening and eventual telomere loss has been associated with aging, an increased risk of illness and disease, and reducing an individual’s lifespan, so it is essential to maintain and even rebuild them. This is where TA65®, the world’s first proven telomerase activator, can help.

Unlock the Aging Puzzle with TA65®
People have fought against the natural aging process for hundreds of years, but it has only been in relatively recent times that the link between telomere length and health has been discovered. Numerous studies have proven time and time again that dysfunctional telomeres accelerate cellular aging and increase risk of illness and disease, so the introduction of TA65® has caused both great excitement and controversy.
In the last few years particularly, telomeres have received a lot of attention due to animal studies showing that shorter telomeres not only appear to equate to a shorter life, but also poorer health too. From this, studies have also shown that longer telomeres can lead to a longer and healthier life.
This slideshow gives an overview on the importance of telomere length to health and the effects of TA65 on the length of telomeres.
Telomerase Activation: Is it a key to unlocking the aging puzzle? from Phil Micans
TA65® contains a highly purified and concentrated Astralagus extract, which is a Chinese herb that has for many years been associated with traditional Chinese medicine to treat a range of disorders and diseases, as well as prolonging life expectancy. This extract is seen to act as a “telomerase activator”, helping to lengthen and repair shortened telomeres, as well as maintaining existing ones. Recent studies have shown that the shortest telomeres can be lengthened, which may be the most important factor- rather than improving overall average telomere length.
The most commonly reported beneficial effects of TA65, once used for a period of 90 days or more, are:
These do and will vary from person to person.
We would recommend all those interested in taking TA65® take a telomere test first, to properly examine and understand each individual need when it comes to the shortest telomeres in the body. These tests are available from a range of laboratories both in the USA and Europe. The shorter the telomere length, the higher the dose of TA65®.
Two recommended labs that offer telomere tests are Spectracell Laboratory in Texas (https://www.spectracell.com/) and Life Length Laboratory in Spain (https://lifelength.com/)
That being said, if it is not possible to take a telomere test, we would recommend using metrics from the Patton dose. This is based on age and lays out approximate dosages as follows:
It is recommended to take the current/ starting dose for at least 2 years and ideally to just keep on going after that indefinitely, however if a person is on a budget he/she could cut down to a lower ‘maintenance’ dose of one capsule a day after 2 years.
As a guideline, we do not recommend TA65® for people under the age of 40. However, if a person under this age takes a confirmed telomere test and their telomeres are unduly shortened, then we would recommend TA65®.
If you miss a dose, do not double up, just take the next dose when due. It is not recommended to make a habit of habitually missing regular dosing.
To date there has not been any report of a negative side effect or contraindication with using TA65®.
TA65® is not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing mothers.
Initially TA65® was only available through a few antiaging clinics, but we are now the first organization to make this revolutionary product available to the public.
Please note that TA65 is NOT classed as a drug, it is a nutritional supplement. We make no claims that it prevents or treats any disease. TA-65 is proven to activate telomerase which keeps cells functioning healthily as we age.
Many clinical studies have been conducted by TA Sciences, the company that makes TA65®, as to its efficacy in protecting, lengthening and repairing telomeres. The most pivotal study was published in the Journal of Rejuvenation Research, highlighting that even when taken orally TA65® could alter a number of factors favorably, principally those related with the immune system as well as helping to normalize blood pressure and improve skin elasticity.
Other studies, most notably those conducted by Dr Bill Andrews at Sierra Sciences, have shown that TA65® can lengthen the shortest telomeres in humans.
There are a couple of “Theories of Aging” that look at DNA health and the aging process. One such example is the “Hayflick Theory of Aging”, proposed by Professor Leonard Hayflick – Hayflick estimated that a cell can only divide itself by about 50 times before it could no longer function. As such, the question arises whether it is the loss/shortening of the telomeres that causes this “countdown”.
Another theory is the “Telomerase Theory of Aging”, proposed by scientists at the Geron Corporation. This theory looks at whether telomeres can be repaired by introducing relevant hormones to aid genetic repair.
There is published information that substances and protocols such as the omega oils (1), carnosine (2), vitamin D (3) multi-vitamins (4) and healthy lifestyle choices (5) have been found to help slow down the rate of telomere shortening. This may help to explain how those people who look after themselves and take key supplements age better than those who don’t, but until recently there wasn’t anything that was proven that could actually lengthen the telomeres themselves.
All of these theories, discoveries and studies have led to a lot of excitement about whether humans can benefit from telomere repair.

Telomeres are the protective tips or ‘strands’ found on the end of chromosomes that help to keep them from fraying. Many people liken them to aglets – the little pieces of plastic you find wrapped around the end of a shoelace to protect it from fraying. In the same way that aglets serve no other purpose but to protect the end of the lace, telomeres are believed to be the same – they have no genetic function but play a vital role in protecting the DNA inside each chromosome.
Telomerase is the enzyme used within the body to help repair telomeres and when activated can help repair and lengthen them.
We understand that many people reading this may wonder whether taking just the Astralagus herb in a standalone supplement would have the same effects. Studies have shown that this would not be the case – TA65® creators TA Sciences have tested a range of other food supplements marketed to contain Astralagus and have found that they do not contain any trace of the active element (using lab equipment that is accurate to finding 1 part in a million).
Approved farms in China that are monitored as to their growing and purity processes. When processed, the extract is analyzed in FDA approved labs to ensure a minimum purity of 90%. It is then sent to the USA for formulation and packaging; all processes take place under strict ISO and cGMP standards.
Only TA65® can substantiate its right to be the world’s first proven telomerase activator that is commercially available today.
Nothing immediately, however the beneficial effects of TA65® will stop and the telomeres will remain at their current length, before starting again to shorten and eventually become “lost” with normal cell division and aging. The pace at this occurs will be influenced by lifestyle, external influences and food choices etc.
